Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at AmeriHealth Global. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We proudly offer worldwide shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the following flat rates:

• Standard International Shipping: $9.99 (Estimated delivery: 10 - 14 business days)

• Express International Shipping: $19.99 (Estimated delivery: 3 - 7 business days)

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or customs inspections.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)

AmeriHealth Global is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Notice regarding Dietary Supplements: Every country has its own specific regulations regarding the importation of dietary supplements and vitamins. By purchasing from [AmeriHealth Global], you agree that:

• It is your responsibility to check with your local customs office to ensure that the ingredients and products you are ordering are legally permitted to be imported into your country.

• If your package is held, seized, or destroyed by your local customs agency due to strict regulations (e.g., TGA in Australia, MHRA in the UK, etc.), we cannot issue a refund for the order or the shipping costs.

• If a package is returned to us by customs in resalable condition, we will refund the cost of the product minus the original shipping fee and any return shipping costs incurred.

5. Damages and Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately at [info@AmeriHealthGlobal.com] with your order number and photos of the damaged item/packaging. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the local carrier or our support team within 7 days.
